Flood constitutes water and energy. When flood is more destructive, we can conclude that it constitutes more water and energy. Water is the useful component of flood as well as energy. So, what makes flood look like a disaster? The answer is clear; it is our ignorance. If we succeed in conducting the destructive flood to the dam, we will be able to break it down into water and energy to make use of them. Consequently, we can change the destructive flood into a pleasant event. Poverty is like flood, maybe even much stronger. A child dies of hunger every 6 seconds and one of eight people suffers from malnutrition in the world.
